Standard greggs, same all round service bar sundays, advertise as being open until 4 but consistently closed at 3.30? When queried the gents response was - we dont display sunday opening hours in the window because we sometimes close at 3 sometimes 4 depends if its been busy. Understandable if youre say out of most things but not when you have potential customers watching you clearing the shelves through closed doors

Normally alright store, but ended up doing a late night shopping on a Friday night recently, about 1.5 hours before closing time. They disabled the self-service hand scanners and all the tills, but the small basket shopping ones. I rocked up with a full trolley, needing a lot more space than what the small till can handle. The employee on shift was the rudest person I met in customer service, barking at everyone who dared ask a question or needing assist with the till, so I had no hope for any decency with my big shop. I basically got blamed for daring to shop more than what the little till can handle.
Not sure what?s the point of keeping the shop open if you plan to limit your customers like that. Also cannot imagine what they gain by disabling the hand scanners, which are there to make everyone?s life easier.

I am never going back here to this scamming store.
They do not tell you that you can only park for 1 hour and it takes ages to find what you need, you have lunatics running around the store threatening to cut your throat and then they send you a parking ticket.
For anyone reading - do yourself a favor, have some self respect and don't go to this store in Chesterfield UK.
You lost a customer for your shenanigans.

Massive Tesco extra Saturday morning and two hard working checkout lady?s. Massive queue with folk with large shops who can?t use self service or old folk who don?t wish to. Criminal level customer service for such a company that makes so much profit.
