Just had my 4th spray tan here. I go to FLB because it?s one of the few places in chesterfield that still does St. Tropez spray tan - and it is in my opinion, one of the most natural looking tans. The staff here are always warm and chatty and completely put you at ease. I have had Justine the last couple of times and she is brilliant, very thorough, and takes great care around hand and feet areas, so it looks super natural, no streaks or patches. Really pleased with the results and would recommend.Service: Tanning

Don?t like to leave negative reviews, but I feel on this occasion that I need to. I only wish I?d read the reviews before I went for a spray tan 2 days before my wedding.Firstly the tanning booth is in the staff toilet?not a great start.I noticed that the lady doing the spray tan hardly used the tanning mitt. I?ve not had a spray tan for a few years so didn?t think too much of it at the time.The tan seemed to take a ridiculous amount of time to dry (don?t know whether too much was applied). I was told to wash it off the following day, which I did.I was covered in streaks and dark patches.I tried several times to remove it but it wasn?t budging.I was left with dark orange knuckles, patches on my wrists and hands, stomach and inner arms.It absolutely ruined my wedding day. I was heartbroken. Couldn?t see the point in going back because I didn?t want to risk any more tan being added.I went on holiday the day after my wedding and was so uncomfortable wearing a bikini as my stomach was all patchy.Can?t comment on the other treatments that they carry out but I will never go back.Service: Tanning

I know it?s obviously not all cases but after having a spray tan here I am now put off for life!!!!I was attending a wedding and thought I?d treat myself to a professional spray tan as it would be perfect as that?s what your paying for right? I was totally let down.After following all the steps I was told when booking my appointment 4 days before, I was left with what I can only describe as a total ORANGE mess!Patches that had been missed and streaks across the back of my legs I was gutted.After leaving the salon on the day of the tan I was told to wash it off in the morning and not to worry about the run lines that was down one of my sides and leg. Having been told not to worry I wash it off the next morning hoping that it would reveal the professional tan I?d paid for only to find out it wasn?t going to be the case.Totally mortified I got dress and went straight down to the salon to see what they could do about it.After been seen by the lady that did the tan she said she?s never seen it go like this before. I was offered to go over again but declined because I couldn?t run the risk of been even more Orange on the patches that were horrendous to begin with. I asked for a refund which was given and then proceeded to have to go upstairs in Tesco and buy tan remove because I was at the point I needed to remove this awful spray tan.I don?t normal write a review or anything to this length either but I just don?t want somebody else to have the awful experience I have had with this spray tan service.

Generally I've had a good experience here, normally attend for a brow wax and have seen different members of staff and all have generally been lovely, however - when I came today the person I saw explained whilst doing my brow wax that they've recently started a new service to remove moles/blemishes and pointed out a couple that I have around my brows and recommended the service as a good way to have them removed. I asked a few questions but generally, they don't bother me and it's not something I'm going to take up, the conversation finished and my brow wax was done well, so I paid and left, however I can't help but feel that my moles/blemishes were pointed out to me today and this has made me feel self conscious, they don't normally bother me and I've no intention of having them removed but I didn't appreciate my technician today making a point of them. I am all for people promoting their services but I feel with something like this, it shouldn't be mentioned unless it's brought up by the customer. 3 stars goes for the brow wax done today, which was good and the previous people I've seen.
