Didn't order on line, but got what i needed (wheel brace) even though I couldn't find it on their website, it was cheaper than at Halfords. Bit of a que when I arrived at 1230, the lady on the reception was super efficient and had everyone served and sorted in no time. Highly recommend will use again

Rang to check if an particular item was in stock told it was traveling 9 miles though busy town centre rush hour to find it was not in stock so had to go back next day 36 miles in all for one part
No discount offered do to there mix up

Staff keep you waiting as they busy talking behing the door and joking, minimal greeting and cannot lend you a spanner to release your car battery so you can recycle it there. Ridiculous H&S excuse. Shop is small goto halfords. But they do stick competitively. Please improve counter service and quiet down back office staff you?re running a professional business.
