Items were missing from my order and was told I would receive a refund. I rang the store nearly a week later as I had not received the refund. Was told to ring back in 10 minutes, rang back 10 minutes later and my calls are being ignored. Terrible customer

We stayed at the Ibis hotel and we ordered and collected the pizza from Domino's. While waiting for the pizza, I was impressed by the staff that worked on the Friday evening ( 1st December), as I rarely have seen such hard working people, they didn't seem to stop. They were taking orders, preparing the pizza, answering the calls, and working side by side. They were very friendly too. The pizza was tasty so I am giving it 5 stars for the hard work of the employees.

Never updated to when the pizzas were ready,I rang them up to be told they had been ready 20 mins or so and are kept on the hotplate,I requested 2 morehot pizzas and was told it was a fault on my phone really ?they agreed to make 2 more and the guy put the phone down on me ,RUDE

Always ring this store before ordering online. They will take your order even if they don't havent enough drivers then call you to tell you it will take 3 hours to deliver. They not really that bothered by this as you would have already paid.Highly advise you call store and ask them if they have enough drivers and what their delivery times are before making your order

Very rude manager called Emma over the phone , hung up on me. We had been given a free pizza because they forgot multiple things off of our order last week . So I have rang up today enquiring about this free pizza , the person over the phone kept saying I don?t know , eventually got handed over to the manager who said they couldn?t deliver to my address as it as of the catchment area , which is completely fair enough so I said that?s okay , but the tone the manager was speaking to me was disgusting and then to hang up on me , not wanting to help me was very rude.

A female member of staff handled a very abusive customer very well. It was uncomfortable to listen to the level of abuse and nobody came to help, including the manager. Everybody could hear the tirade. At the end she was a little confused about my order, but I don't blame her. I told her what I was waiting for and she gave me my order with a smile. Before leaving I congratulated her for her calm actions.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't want a child to be exposed to the clientele
