Genuinely great staff - very helpful and super friendly.They really do care about their customers. E.g. a staff member asked if I was too warm under the heater and offered to turn it down for me. It was a little thing, but it tells you a lot about how they put their customers first.When I had my blood pressure taken and they took multiple readings - other chemists I've used in the past only took one reading in an effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Today I rushed myself in to get my ear wax removed. I was in so much pain with my ear I woke up at 4am today in agony. Made an appointment on the website though the website says £35 for one ear it came to £45 so I just assumed the website wasn't up to date either way I really don't care as not only can I hear but the pain instantly went away and IV been dealing with this pain for three months. Thank you so much ? honestly I'm so thankful

Never again came away with infection in both ears ended up going to the doctors.Procedure was carried out in that looked like a store cupboard.

Booked in for ear micro suction procedure. Paul was very helpful and professional. Very detailed discussion before and throughout the procedure to put me at ease. Total success and can now hear a pin drop at 500yrds! No discomfort at all. Thank you Paul!

Been practically deaf the past few days, have been to my gp and they did not help, then was told I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment, I then googled and came across these and rang them at 9am, had an appointment at 10am the same day and they were extremely helpful and explained the whole process, the young gentleman that helped was Usif and I cannot recommend a better place to go to for ear wax treatment. Usif used both the vacuum and water irrigation to clear my ears and was very careful when doing so. Will definitely be returning if and when my ears become blocked again. Thank you very much for helping me hear again!

I had some silicon off an ear plug stuck to my eardrum. The guys here were brilliant. It was a very tricky job that ended up taking more than half an hour. I am very appreciative and would recommend them if you have a similar problem.

Definitely, definitely would recommend for ear wax removal!! So easy to book, very good price and, most importantly, they were very good at removing my compacted ear wax that has lead to me being very deaf for the last few days! The guy was so lovely who did it and used a combination of microsuction and water irrigation to clear my ear in 5 minutes! Will definitely travel to here again if and when my ear blocks up next! Thank you for helping me hear again!!

After weeks of a blocked ear I found this service on the internet. I live in Retford. The web site was easy and the phone was answered immediately. Virtually walk in service and on a Saturday. It was a friendly competent service. The micro suction method is so safe and efficient. The practitioner explained everything as he proceeded and it was very successful. Wax removed from my eardrum and I could hear again and felt very relieved of feeling in a drum and dizzy. He looked in my other ear but ok and only paid £35 for one ear. Well done - a great service.

Great service from Fraz and team, had earwax removal and the guys were really helpful! Phoned up and got it booked in within an hour, and was only in the shop about 10/15 mins! Was really struggling to hear and now my hearing is fully restored!Thanks!

Two fab young gentlemen (one was Kam but I didn't catch the other guys name!) removed ear wax from my husbands ears today. They were kind, very professional, everything was clean... they were gentle and they explained every step of the way. Really fab service. Definitely recommended.
