I have had a problem with a parcel delivery by yodel. Kirsty could not have been more helpful trying to chase my parcel. Much better than yodel. Thanks Kirsty.

Went to drop off a parcel here and Shane didn't even look to say hello to me. He preferred to laugh with his colleague. Poor customer service.
