Nathan was so patient kind and helpful, both over the phone and when I popped down. He experimented for 3 or 4 minutes on my phone and soon found his way around and got everything I needed back operational. Took my son’s gaming monitor in as there was no power expected to leave it with them. Diagnosed the problem straight away and took the monitor home so very happy son! Would definitely recommend
