I have been in this shop twice with the intention of buying flooring for my kitchen. Both times were on a Saturday (Saturday 6th June as the most recent). On my visits I was not greeted by any member of staff. Instead, they sat at a desk talking to each other and eating on the shop floor. I was especially surprised at this on my last visit as the manager of the store was present and did not engage in any conversation with any customer which walked in. I would recommend avoiding this shop until they can sort their staffing situation. Instead I have purchased flooring from united carpets who were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Absolutely shockingly low quality products and extremely low quality customer service. Paying top price for below average. Quality of product diminished as soon as job completed, left with a huge clean up as a customer and then absolutely ZERO care. Wish I avoided and looked elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Enquired about how quickly someone could come out and quote and that I'm getting a quote from someone else as well, the sales man just walked away from me and mumbled something to his colleague.
I will not return and will let anyone else needing new carpets not to go there.
I've just read that Carpetright recently went into administration, if you employ staff like that, I'm not surprised.

Absolutely horrendous customer service... there is a new girl started from London and she rolled her eyes at me because she quoted me way too much than I could afford... then was smirking!
I had to complain to the other staff there....who were both managers...I ended up in tears because of how I was made to feel!
