Honestly made me fall in love with BK, first time ever having one was from here. They always get my order right, and I?m someone awkward who buys the vegan stuff, it?s always made super fast even when they don?t have them ready! Food is always fantastic and i think a lot of people here think it?s expensive because they don?t have the Burger King app!! Go and get it guys!! It?s so cheap!!

Absolute joke. £30 for totally wrong freezing cold order (order chicken not a black lump of beef) not answering phone. I don?t drive so whole order is going in the bin. I?m so sick and tired of a basic order being wrong. It?s not life saving surgery it?s two meals. Aside from the fact in the absolute state it was delivered in and I wouldn?t feed it to a dog. As Burger King chesterfield don?t answer the phone whilst knowing they are a delivery service I will be speaking to Burger King head office on Monday for a full refund. Principle of it. How you can?t get two meals right and send out food colder than my fridge then ignore the phone and expect people to just throw money down the drain because you don?t answer your phone is beyond me. Absolute joke.

Ordered in store to take home, found paper inside the burger. Given chips instead on onion rings. Wish I?d have read the reviews first. Won?t be ordering again!

Ordered food in store, got home and several items was missing, phoned up to let them know, told that they will have to look at cctv tomorrow to see if we did get our full order. Reminded them we had paid for items we haven't got and it was for our tea he said there is nothing he can do because people keep going back and saying they haven't got items when they have basically been called a liar we asked for the persons name and they hung up. We returned to burger king they wouldn't complete the order so had a full refund. The really disheartening thing about this is our son is autistic and had done exceptionally well at school and this was supposed to be a treat and instead ended with a meltdown. Ended up at mcdonald's had correct order and cheaper.
