The shop is quite cramped. Records were all shoved onto a bottom shelf and were so tightly compact it is difficult to see them without taking them all out. 7? singles are massively overpriced - there isn?t a single one below £2, despite lots of them either being in tatty or missing sleeves. These would go for 50p - £1 max (as they do in other charity shops) and the same records are still there from when I first visited last year - an indicator surely?!

Staff are very rude and loosing the shop valuable sales. Damaged sharp goods at overpriced prices. I'm all for the heart Foundation but they have a bad reputation. Visited 13th July 2023

Volunteered here before and never will again. The management made me feel unwelcomed. Sad because I was willing to go up and beyond but was put off by the management. Items overpriced as well

As a volunteer my experience was terrible and the management was rude and miserable complaining to my friends about me behind my back while consistently trying their hardest to make the places as miserable and soul sucking as possible. Plus everything it over there is overpriced if you want second hand stuff that isn't sold at first hand prices just go to the town market.

I love shopping in charity shops however this store is one I will be avoiding from now on. I visited yesterday and was faced with poor quality highly overpriced stock, and a very off putting member of staff shaking a charity tin at me as I was trying to look at the boots. I am instore wanting to support the charity, and am also shopping here due to not being able to afford to buy new, the last thing I want is to feel hounded. It makes for a truly uncomfortable experience- I shan?t be coming back! I?m sure there are many other ways to raise funds that won?t deter customers!!

The shop is fine but some of the staff (I think maybe the manager) have a bit of an attitude towards customers. I actually felt quit uncomfortable and left what I was going to purchase on the rail. Shame for the charity but she is not a credit.

I'm all for helping out charitys, however BHF sells items at ridiculously expensive prices, I noticed a Toy Dinosaur in this store priced at £2.99 I bought the same dinosaur brand new from £Land recently bought for a pound, I won't be returning, nothing like trying to rob the people who are trying to help your cause. Staff don't seem to be friendly as well.
