looking at Clinique, Claire was so helpful talking through different moisturisers/make up, i came away quite happy & clearer, i could tell Claire really listened to me so helpful thank you Claire

Overall I had a sort of good experience however when you go to clinique first floor some staff members there are not very nice! You feel like you are a thief, I understand that they have to watch for people stealing but not all people steal! There are samples there, you are afraid to test or touch anything. Sometimes you have to test creams or perfumes because people have allergies and can't use anything that's there.. Some workers there are unpleasant and think that customers are there for them not the other way around. we do not have to buy anything, it is not a must! Do not pressure people to buy.

I have used Boots optician services for many years. The tests have evolved over time and their appointments have always been thorough and professional. There is an optician who has always gone above and beyond in terms of customer care, his name is Steve. He generally deals with contact lenses but has recently dealt with the fitting of my new glasses. His attention to detail, and ensuring that any questions are answered to the customers satisfaction demonstrates his true professionalism and attention to customer care. He is a real credit to the organisation. Thank you Steve.

When I phoned to ask for a prescription for my mother, female answered with attitude, not good especially when on this occasion my mother is not well. I don?t expect this from so called professional people, period. Change the attitude or I will make a formal complaint next time.
