We came in today for eye test for our twins… we knew that there was an issue with our little girls eyes from feedback from school.. we did find out about a vision issue for our little boy, and the team were brilliant… Ali, Mehreen and Joleen were amazing with us and the kids. Admittedly there was a bit of a delay. The testing room experience was fine and well explained.The optician was charming, explaining stuff as we went. I managed to choose glasses but had to leave the dispensing because by then I was expecting a call back from an electrician.

From the person who greeted me on the reception desk to the optometrist who carried out my eye test I felt looked after and reassured. Everyone was very professional and I had total confidence in the service I received.
