Staff spent a lot of time showing us alternatives and explaining the different features. Very patient and not pushy at all. We originally went just for a mattress and ended up purchasing package of mattress, divan, and headboard. We went back a second day to double check everything, and both times very helpful and friendly staff - both called Shaun!

We have been looking for a headboard for our super king bed. We wanted something that would get air behind it as the bed is on an outside wall, and prone to damp I the bed is against the wall. As we entered Bensons we saw. The perfect headboard with a roll top that allows air to get behind it, did not hesitate to buy it. There were numerous swatches to choose from for colour and texture. Can?t wait for it to be delivered

Bensons could have made it clearer the bed was self-build, it was a workday, so I had not allowed 3 hours to build the bed myself.

I wanted to purchase a Sunderland mattress for the natural non toxic benefits. The online reviews were amazing. I visited chesterfield store and the experience was amazing.Shaun the manager was the definition of perfect customer service. I also witnessed other employees being so very attentive and friendly. The mattresses offered are excellent and great value. I am so impressed with the store, service and products. Very excited for my mattress to arrive.
