After donating here for the past 6 years, I am massively disappointed as the volunteers today (30/07/2023 @ approx 15:30) were extremely rude and unwelcoming towards me. I was dropping off a fair bit of stuff and the volunteers were trying to reject every item and were quite aggressive in their mannerisms. There wasn?t even as much as a thank you when I left. There was at least £100 of donations, so we shall think again on donating here.
