I WILL NEVER BOOK A-LINE TAXI AGAIN; I MISSED MY TRAIN AND EVEN INJURED NY HAND.I booked a taxi from Cleveland Way to train station last Wednesday. I wanted to book it far earlier because of road works in Chesterfield Town centre but the lady suggested 1715 which would have given me more than enough time to catch my train. The taxi had not arrived as at 1735 when we left the house. They called me at 1740 and I presume that was when the taxi had arrived; 25 minutes late. I called twice to find out why the taxi hadn't arrived and I would potentially miss the train and the lady I spoke told me to go and complain to the council about the road works and she was very rude and not sympathetic that I was going to miss my train. Very poor customer service!!!

I have used this company for years without any issues.Until they let me down very badly yesterday.I pre-booked a taxi in the afternoon for a pickup later that night after celebrating an 80th birthday and knowing the weather would be bad. After waiting over 50 mins and several phone calls later it still hadn't arrived. So we used another company who were there within 2 minutes.

Stacey found us a cracking deal in Meloneras Gran Canaria with Jet2. Great flights, hotel, food and entertainment. A fantastic brrak and just what we needed. Would throughly recommend A Line and Stacey. Will come again.

I would definitely recommend Aline travel if you're looking to book holiday's. Nicola and the ladies at Aline travel are very friendly and helpful.The whole process from start to finish was stress free and the customer service was brilliant. We received all our documents efficiently and they are always happy to help with any queries and questions.A few weeks before we travelled they checked us in online and printed all our boarding passes!We have booked with Aline travel again for the end of this year and are looking to use them again for next year!Thankyou Ladies!

Low internet prices with great local service! I can?t recommend ALine Travel enough as from start to finish in these uncertain times they helped me every of the way and guided me through it. All items for the holiday sorted by them and this made my holiday the most enjoyable holiday I have ever had! The team are great especially Emma and Nicola and I will never book on the internet again when I can have the service Aline supplied at the low internet costs (this surprised me but you can actually achieve this from a local travel agent!) Can?t wait for you to open your doors on Monday morning as I?m heading straight for Aline Travel to book my next family holiday.
