I was looking through the products with my sister we were having a bit of a laugh with this stretchy catipillar toy? next minute this rude worker shouts across the shop saying stop honestly just pathetic of this worker get a grip mate and leave me alone we weren't effecting you at all mind your own business. worst part is the man laughed at me when I was leaving the store when I was sorry? yes you know who you are but you obviously dont know how to act your age not impressed( I would leave 1/4 of a star for this workers rudeness but I sadly cant

I do love The Works. From discounted holiday reads to art and crafts, there is something for everyone. I do love reading and recently purchased a book from a full price bookshop and paid (you've guessed it) full price..it's now come in here for three quid! See.. bargains are to be had!The staff also seem quite nice here on every occasion I have been In. One young lad walked around saying good morning to everyone that came in one time, which I thought sweet. ??It's hard to walk away without buying something. ?

This place is good for cheap crafting tools but the quality isn't great! But you get what you pay for! Friendly staff and tidy store. Would reccomend a visit.
