I have been a customer for many years. Always a first-class service. Prices are reasonable choice is also exceptionally good. Very friendly service. I fully recommend the team at Buxton. Just visited store again for some new readers. As usual all staff extremely helpful and friendly. Low prices too.

I do not even want to give 1 star. My mum aged 94 was treated appallingly by the audiologist I think Zoey was the name. She basically shouted at my mum in the waiting room because she could not hear and infront of everyone broke all confidentiality by telling my mum was deaf as a result of her dementia, which broke confidence... read full comment
