Good local store that is bigger than expected. They have a great range of products including a great meal deal offer. Got some lovely sushi with a protein yogurt and a protein drink for under a fiver. Also have ice creams to go at the front of the store and we got a few as it was a hot day. There is some good offer by using their nectar card.

I have been going to this store for a while and have a bad back , I need to sit alot but a man called Tom has always helped me reach things and even got me a chair at one point .
It's staff like that so helpful and friendly that makes me shop their even on a bad day .
His manners and smile have been a delight every time .

Dean wouldn't refund a faulty purchase because I had drank one of my beers prior to finding the faulty can. He tried to trick me by saying I HAVE to have a receipt which is untrue after looking into Sainsburys return policy you can use a bank statement. Terrible customer service, treating people like scammers not like regular people. Wouldn't happen in other local shops.

Update: Thank you for installing the self service tills.
Appalling customer service by the ginger haired male assistant on the till. Should invest in some self service tills like most Sainsburys do.

Lovely local store? only shame is it closes at 5pm on a Sunday! Never seen that with a Sainsburys local before. Was near closing time so nice to see clean floors and well dressed shelves.

Every single time I come in here the queue can be large and only one member of staff at the kiosk. The woman grey hair and glasses needs to learn some manners. If I'm the second in the queue to be served waiting for nearly 10 minutes then how would I be pushing in when she got on the til??
