Went to their customer chat box. To even contact someone I had to fill in umpteen questions. In truth I haven't the time. It would be easier to resolve the war in Ukraine than getting any help here

Brilliant service, I ordered an Olymp shirt from Potters, I needed to ask a few specific questions before ordering as the shirt was for my daughter?s wedding. Potters chat line appears to be manned by a human who knows their stock and answered my queries. The shirt arrived within the slotted time and was as described and fits a treat(accurate size guide). I already own an Olymp shirt and knew the quality, fit and comfort would be great, I was not disappointed. Free shipping and returns if needed. All together a positive online experience for a change.

Bought a sun hat for my grandson it?s perfect fit - I used the on size line guide it works: quality is excellent. My comment and it?s not a criticism:is that my grandson gets prick heat and is prone to getting sunburn on the back of his neck. Obviously the store doesn?t know this:
We were hoping the rear of the hat would be made a little bit longer. I don?t think he will be the only person with this issue: perhaps a business opportunity.

This store continues to improve.
My latest visit today, I see a greater range of quality modern menswear.
Great ranges of Olymp shirts, Meyer jeans and trousers and Barbour clothing.
The sales floor has been extended into an area previously unused to create more space, along with two changing rooms.
A great advert for a family business.

It's a long standing family run business I've never been in to this shop myself I know that its a clothing shop not sure what type of clothing but I've lived in Buxton for 30years and it's always been there so it must be successful

I have been using them for some time now. The service is excellent the website easy to use and what I like most is they have stock. Delivery perfect and altogether a very fine shopping experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
