Had a really good customer experience when shopping at the Buxton store today. Lucy who was serving us was very knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to help us find what we needed and we even got an unexpected discount as I work for the NHS. She is an asset to her employer

Great advice from the staff. We had forgotten our pram cover and the very helpful shop assistant found us a multi use poncho which was reasonably priced and did the job excellently!
