Staff don't even acknowledge you when you walk in and you stand there for a ridiculous amount of time when there is no one else in!
They're abrupt and rude when they do acknowledge you, really poor customer service.
I left ages ago and they keep stealing my prescription back and delivering to my old address, I never asked for delivery in the first place and now the doctors and my new pharmacy have requested they don't do it again but still are!

This pharmacy is amazing! I am on holiday in the Peak District and my back went into spasm! The my local GP sent my prescription to my pharmacy app, Fairfield called them and arranged for it to be released to the ?spine? so they could dispense it for me. The staff there (particularly the young girl) went over and above to help me out and saved our holiday. I wish every pharmacy was like this!

I never leave reviews however I feel the ladies in the pharmacy absolutely deserve one!! They are so professional, helpful and friendly. No matter how busy they are(which they always are!) they will do everything in their power to help you! So ladies??.thankyou!!! I hope your employer recognises just how vital you both are to the Fairfield community, without you ladies there would be a lot of struggling residents!!!

I went in yesterday for my partners prescription, I waited a good 10 minutes before any if the staff even acknowledged I was there, it took another 5 minutes for them.to find the prescription followed by 5 minutes to find the package, came home bug did not check it until later and found there was one item missing so I returned to the pharmacy and was told it was owed so I said why wasn't I told when I pick it up earlier, the reply from the pharmacist was I didn't know you weren't told, I said it's not good enough, the assistant who was l
sorting out the missing item, got sidetracked as she said and the pharmacist pulled her up.on this I eventually got the item no apology, I will be changing my pharmacy as this pharmacy had got terrible since been taken over.

Very poor its disgusting phone always busy keep phoning always busy what if ppl carnt get out because there disabled ? it's wrong get your finger out and sort your self s out x and when u go in they make u wait ignore you x my mum said she was in there for a few mins and had to say something

Phone is constantly busy and never seem to have the medication in you need so you'll be waiting for days for them to order it.

1 is being nice! Order a prescription went to collect not available. Phoned doctors to chase up my prescription to be told that it had not been sent and I now need to wait 3-5 working days for my medication! Wouldn't be an issue if I didn't go through withdrawals after a couple of days with out!

Couldn't get my medicine as its full of pensioners getting covid jabs. Queuing outside the door. Should get them done at the doctors so those of us with actual ailments l, not gulible people, can be seen
