Totally unprofessional service waiting my turn I went to the pasty section to see what they had as a large family were loitering at the till when the employee asked who was nxt went to serve people who came in after me on saying I was nxt got told to join the queue won't be going back there again

Ordered a chicken bake. They are usually served piping hot at every other Greggs I have ever been to but this one was ice cold. The guy working behind the counter (who was friendly helpful and professional) said they are not allowed to heat up their food. Ice cold pasties are not a vibe Greggs!

Good snacks, good prices, tables & chairs out front, if not then plenty of outdoor places to sit and munch a pasty. Nice staff. On the pedestrianised section of Buxton (Spring Gardens). Close to 'The Slopes', 'Pavilion Gardens', and Ashwood Park.
