Full English breakfast, fruit porridge and a brew for two. Really tasty, fresh and well cooked. Take away salad, cake and a huge pasty for later. Not cheap but good value definitely recommend

Almost drove past this place looking for somewhere for breakfast, so glad we didn't!
The food was absolutely amazing, and excellent value for money. All fresh local produce and homemade everything, the cakes looked so good I had to buy a slice to takeaway! Such a lovely cosy setting with amazing views. Next time I'm in the Peaks I'll definitely be visiting again.

An amazing place to stop at any time.for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner service is always on point even when they are busy and the food is beautiful and reasonably priced. They have am amazing assortment of cakes and wonderful different foods definitely more than just a cafe a must place to visit when in the area.

Very unkind service, from the moment we entered the owner was rude. We got two coffees, went out to have them and I took a bite of my biscuit when the owner came out saying that it?s not picnic bench and we can?t have our food. Ridiculous behaviour as we had the drink there anyway. Also told us to move our car as we were going for a walk and the car park next to the place was for customers. We left the car there anyway as it was a public space not a private parking. What a weird place.

Had a good, traditional, but vegetarian (could easily have been vegan) breakfast at 1pm on a Wednesday. It was very good. The coffee was superb. The view east from the outside rear picnic tables is breath-taking (the weather was great). Took away some homemade spinach & feta pasties and a selection of great bottled real beer from nearby Flash Brewery.

The food was unreal, soooo tasty and very well made.
The pancakes were fluffy, bacon was crispy, but where this place shines is the desserts.
The triple chocolate flapjack and biscoff sponge cake were amazing.
The coffee here was also good quality.
For a small place, it was bustling with life from opening time which was lovely to see.
If you're in the area defo stop by and get some food and/or coffee, you won't regret it!!

The food was absolutely terrible for the price. Very small portions and cheap ingredients. The meal cost over £10. For that price I would have expected someone more decent. Will not be returning again. Shame really because it's a really nice place and great location.
