Ordered 4 pizzas at £10 each and paid £40 for them. we got 3. I was told my receipt was wrong and that I only Ordered 3. They were not prepared to do anything about it. So one of us went without! The man at the shop spoke to me like an idiot. Seriously unimpressed!!!!

Pathetic customer service, poor attitude towards customer, I asked for a pizza and a sauce, the guy with a serious tone responds we only have this ! The manager doesn't belong to the hospitality industry - clearly hasn't come to work here.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered a pizza to which it was ?delivered? to the wrong address and then returned to the store. They never rang me to let me know, and when I rang back I was hung up on twice. I have not received any refund of over £30 and they refused to redeliver. Don?t recommend.

Don?t order the macaroni cheese. The portion size is the most smallest portion I?ve ever seen for £8. Asked for a refund and apparently they can?t issue one because it?s 250g. I?ve weighed it and it is 250g? with the tray it comes in included. I can?t see anywhere on the app with the portion size listed. Good effort dominos ?

Barely any topping on my cheesy garlic bread
The Korean bbq chicken was sent with bbq base by accident making it too sweet and as you can see from the picture it haw Barely any chicken or toppings.
The other pizza came with tomato base instead of bbq so I've pad £37 of my hard earned cash to be given basically nothing I wanted or was advertised ?
Called up to let them know and they said as we'd eaten some before realising nothing could be done, false advertising does t apply to them apparently
Would highly recommend supporting small and local who go above and beyond to serve proper toppings, make everything with care and do everything within their power to correct mistakes.

Not as good as usual, apparently going by app was in quality check for 25 minutes eg sat on a shelf waiting for delivery! It doesn?t take 25 mins to check quality on an pizza, Arrived Luke warm, had to put in my oven to heat up, not good enough hire more drivers if you can?t cope with demand.

Ordered on Just Eat, they called saying they don?t deliver to my location. ( Their error) told me I have to cancel the order. Explained it doesn?t give me an option and was told by dominoes to give just eat customer service a ring for a refund. All why England is playing! I think good customer service would entail a call explaining you are slightly out of the catchment area, but as the order has gone through we will deliver this time only! Thanks dominoes for give me a 30 minute phone call to get a refund for your mistake! Terrible customer service!
