DISGUSTING PLACE
Wanted a nice peaceful coffee, but sadly that didn't happen. They allow anyone to bring their dog in, we had to sit there with dogs howling and barking for ages, staff did nothing to stop that.
One of the dogs was seen pissing on a table, no wonder the place stinked!!

It is a corporate café so you know exactly what you're going to get.
Except for the staff, some are surly, some are pleasant. At Buxton, they are all pleasant. There are plenty of regulars, so it must be doing something right.
If higher management see this. Your premises need tarting up a bit and your staff need a raise.

I come in here regularly with my dog Bentley and we are always welcomed by all the staff. All the staff are super friendly and love dogs. Coffee and food is always great here. Lovely atmosphere to chill with a good coffee

A great spot to get a drink and something to eat. The staff were really friendly and created a great atmosphere. Their menu has a vast selection of delicious drinks and food. I managed to get my drink quickly and it was one of the best hot chocolates I have had in a while. This cafe is also dog friendly.
Kid-friendliness: The shop, despite being busy when I went, had a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere that is quite kid friendly.

Very expensive, staff rude, toilet not great. They must have put extra seating and a table in which looks like school furniture or off the tip.

Staff here act like customers are an inconvenience. More interested in measuring coffee grounds than serving customers. I came with a stroller and they weren't interested in assisting, despite there being numerous staff and not that busy. Staff are a bit odd. I was made to feel stupid because I asked for a different size flat white and staff weren't forthcoming with other suggestions. I didn't enjoy my experience but the coffee was good.
There is a step up to the entrance and the door opens outwards so this is NOT an accessible coffee shop, not even for strollers.

It was OK but rather gloomy and rundown. Frankly, rather disappointing. On the upside, the cappuccino was really nice.

My go to for coffee. Staff and friendly despite often being under pressure especially during busy tourist days.
Cakes are now obscenely expensive but unfortunately most places now are the same, but at least they are quality.
My go to chain for coffee and hot chocolate.
Kids love the kids hot chocolate.
Kid-friendliness: Toilets available but often a queue. Staff always help out if needed.
Kids drinks are available. High chairs also available.
