Where do I start,, full of gossip and lies, staff with mental issues and treat people based on who their friends with and who their not,, typical council estate, relentlessly serve customers who are intoxicated provoking trouble , banning people for a hobby seems to make them feel important

Good shop with good selection, however certain staff members tell lies, management stick up for them. Horrible attitudes and gossip on the shop floor about customers. Family of management gossiping about staff members so clearly no professionalism. Also serve drunks with more alcohol after witnessesing said drunk causing trouble outside.

Nice shop. Good offers. Only complaint i have is, if there is 15 people in the queue, stop stocking the shelves and open the other till.
