Booked here for my daughter's christening party
The staff here are lovely and friendly super helpful great people. The venue is what you get from an old pub but is a lovely space the outside has the most amazing view as well.
The food buffet was good just could of done with a salad or fresh veg or fruit options but it hit the spot for my guests. The atmosphere was lovely here and I would definitely recommend coming here for a drink

The landlady was helpful hence the two stars. The pub itself is tired and in very poor decorative order. No atmosphere, just not pleasant. I didn't stay for food, a quick drink was enough

Brilliant food bar staff and very friendly and welcoming the view form the out side of the pub looking over Bolsover is absolutely stunning definitely worth calling in if ever passing

Wonderful views from the beer garden, friendly helpful staff. Made the mistake of arriving by car so can't comment on the beer. We will be back so more next time

Nice old school beamed boozer. Decent ambience. No ales on, not sure if they have moved away from this as I believe it used to have a great reputation for real ale. Would be a shame if this is so and let?s hope it was temporary. The beer was cold from the fridge. Had some pork scratchings to go with it and admired the cracking view out the back. Woman behind the bar was lovely. Friendly and helpful. Recommended for the view alone. ? ?
