I was there a longtime as I had a number of eye problems. Ibrahim ws incredibly thorough. He explained everything abd was very reassuring. He even rang me later to arrange opthalmic referrals.
Charlotte persevered with her colleague through the computer system to get the best price for my prescription glasses.
