Love our morrisons shop and our morrisons cafe weird they know us and they all say hi and they're us one particular one that us really lovely and we glad to see her and her us as we've not seen her for ages and she hadn't seen me in the wheelchair that is been in the last few trips either!!! Even got me and my daughter a jumper lovely morriaons

A lot of empty shelves again! Didn't have what I needed either. The store in Belper is not so good these days! ? Thank goodness I have a home delivery, which is brilliant! (shame about the supposed better system though!)

Love Morrisons, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast in the canteen. Staff can't do enough for you.
Nice fresh fish, meat, and bread plus handmade pizzas and a large selection of fruit and veg.
One stop shop

I use Morrisons Belper as my pharmacist, it?s great for that, good service.
However every 8 weeks when I go in for the pharmacist I get reminded why I don?t generally shop there. Only two human tills open, the rest is self-service tills with only one person managing them, so again a big line of people. With the people in front and behind me moaning about the lack of service. As a store it just seems to be on a downward spiral. Maybe if Morrisons were to embrace technology and allow people to ?scan? as they go, either with provided scanners or by using their own mobile phones then it would likely improve the experience overall and so improve the footfall and vitality of the shop. If M&S, Sainsbury?s and Tesco?s can do it then surely it can?t be that hard. Come on Morrisons it?s now 2025 !!!

Update: Had a revisit at 20:15 and was worse than my last visit, broken shelves mess everywhere and accident waiting to happen and items days out of date on the shelves.
Not a very good store. Was dirty staff look at you like a criminal and the cafe was a bit dirty too, tables were sticky.
