Terrible - avoid like the plague! We rented a property from them for 3.5 years. We gave our notice (more than the minimum required to be considerate to the landlord) and heard nothing back from Leaders. After a couple of weeks of the property not being put back on the market, we got in touch with the landlord direct and Leaders hadn't told them that we'd handed in our notice. We left the property in great condition, and the landlord consented to release our deposit very quickly. 10 days later (the legal recommended maximum to return a deposit), Leaders still haven't released it and so I'm having to chase them again.

We started our journey on the 5th January of looking at properties and by the 15th everything was sorted and received a move in date. Natalie and George have been the best help with this, explaining every step of the way as we are first time renters. There has been no stress or worry along this process as they handle things with haste and care. I would fully recommend Leaders Belper and so grateful to be working with them.

I am really unimpressed by Leaders. The level of customer service is appalling, one letting agent called Millie Hardwick booked me in for a viewing via email, I showed up at the property and no one was there. Took me 20 minutes to get hold of someone from leaders, for them to tell me they ?forgot? to book me in and the property had already been let - even though it still said it was available on the website. Will avoid any listings with them like the plague in the future..

To begin with I gave these 5 stars because they were great at getting us sorted with the property we looked to rentHowever we are very disappointed in them now. They do property inspections which we always abide to but we stress about being present for as we have dogs, they know this, so our latest inspection was due while we were away on holiday so we cancelled it and said we would rearrange once home, we landed home today and after a couple of hours sleep went for breakfast only to be panicked mid way as we saw someone entering our property so we raced home to find them doing an inspection without our consent, totally unacceptable!!!

So refreshing. Unfortunately due to bad experiences with Leaders Derby I had gone off Leaders, after liking a property with them I thought I'd give Leaders Belper a chance. Honestly I am so glad I did.I have dealt with both George and Millie and both of them have been fantastic, George carried out my viewing and it was so nice to see somebody actually care about what they do. George was very welcoming and friendly, it was a relaxed experience, he was chatty and I don't think there could have been anybody better to do the viewing. After numerous bad/awkward viewing experiences with Leaders Derby in the past, I can safely say George has changed my opinion entirely. Thank you so much to George, Millie and Leaders Belper for such a great experience I will continue to work with you. Again, thankyou.
