Hall and benson have terrible customer experience, after 21 days waiting to have my new property removed off rightmove I had to send proof of purchase to rightmove to have it taken off the site. After losing my husband suddenly in January I am still dealing with bereavement departments for different companies. Because hall and benson seamed unable or un willing to remove my property off rightmove when I tried to change my address with bereavement departments I had to have checks to prove my address had changed. Experian could not confirm to banks etc as my new property was still showing sold subject to contract. This has cause so much upset and stress as I was only widowed in January 2023. Luckily rightmove are decent people.

Nothing but good things to say about the service and the people that provide it. Really helpful, easy to get in touch with and they really went the extra mile to secure me my first home. Can't recommend them enough!

The whole team at hall and benson was fantastic. My property was only on for a week and it had 3 offers in. They even had a buyer before it went to market. All the staff was super friendly and helped you through the whole process from start to finish.

Well - Abi, Beth and Jess, what can we say? Last week we secured and exchanged on our curent home and purchased the new home of our dreams, a long term solution for our disabled son. You knew how important this house was to us. Typically as with conveyancing the process, we had a bit of a rollercoaster, but once formally sold you made the process quick and you never once let us down.At first we were tempted to go with a cheaper online estate agent unsure of where the 'true' value lay in traditional estate agents. The answer? You get what you pay for. Without all 3 of you at the healm pushing and pushing our chain to exchange we could well have lost our purchase and consequently all could've fallen through. 45 minutes from the deadline and Abi, you were making phone calls and pushing as hard as you could. Beth, I lost count of how many times you sat and listened to me on the phone as we tried to navigate the complex process.So to anyone thinking I'll go online and save a few quid, had we too made that decision I'm honestly not sure we would be packing our boxes ready to make the move.Thank you to you all. Without a doubt you will be top of my recommendations. Highly professional and amazing service.
