I have been finding it very difficult to order an iced coffee with a plain sugar syrup free of charge as I usually get it for free on any other costa . The area manager here refuses to restock this and I don't know why but I feel it's a bit rascial because I prefer cold than warm coffee. I'm very annoyed especially when I know this should be provided for free but instead I'm forced to pay for a flavoured syrup shot instead. Cold coffee and sugar don't mix the sugar stands on the bottom and the staff I spoke where aware of this issue but where unable to do anything about it

Went into Costa coffee in Belper today only to be told we couldnt sit in a certain area as it was now dog friendly and a dog had actually messed on the floor.
Totally disgusting and wont ever be going into Costa Belper again.

Called in on a Tuesday morning, there was a queue but we were served quickly. We had a 25%discount through the app which was great. The cafe was busy.

Experience differs depending on the staff.. there?s a few that could turn the milk sour.. jay lovely.. one younger girl bitching about the staff, unprofessional. Had a take away the last time I went in.. when I got home it was a quarter of a cup.. 8.80 for two drinks.. I go to the independent cafes now as it?s nice to be greeted and made welcome.

Always good, friendly, welcoming, and polite. It's good to have a place like nearby to indulge in a great cuppa and almond crossaint.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of space for kids and adults.

Visited Costa, my favourite coffee shop, for an americarno with vegan cream, only to find that they were charging an extra 45 pence for the vegan cream, quite surprising, as I have never been charged Extra for vegan cream before!!!
