I have been finding it very difficult to order an iced coffee with a plain sugar syrup free of charge as I usually get it for free on any other costa . Went into Costa coffee in Belper today only to be told we couldnt sit in a certain area as it was now dog friendly and a dog had actually messed on the floor. Totally disgusting and wont ever be going into Costa Belper again.
