The customer service in this place is exceptional, not only do they make you feel welcome, it feels like you have just sat down with family at times, it really is that welcoming. They also do not skimp they make sure you are well fed.

Waited 55 minutes for toast and a tea cake, tea cake arrived but still no toast. I did remind them after 30 minutes of being there, but still no hurry. It’s not even that it was busy it wasn’t and 2 people had to send there breakfasts back. They just didn’t seem bothered. New girl on the till who was not getting...
