Today is my first encounter with this company and I'll ensure it'll be my last!This weekend (19-20 Mar 22), a friend is going to be laying a concrete base at my property for the siting of a new garden shed. He ordered the materials from this company and informed me they would be delivered between 11-12.00 today (15 Mar 22). I went out of my front door at 09.00 to find the materials had been left on my drive and blocking access for my car to and from my garage. A passing neighbour told me it had been delivered approximately an hour earlier, i.e. around 08.00. Nobody called, knocked at the door or rang the bell to let me know.In other words, someone from this company turned up at least three hours ahead of the agreed time, simply dumped the materials and drove off. Purely by luck, my car was parked on the road as I'd used it earlier but it means it will have to stay parked there until the materials have been moved.To say I'm displeased is a vast understatement.

Advised by our electrician - Andrew to visit here to buy our armoured cable. Called Saturday morning, spoke to a very helpful member of staff who answered all our questions. Tom Lomax was very informative and smiley. Will definitely return to purchase our garden lights.

Great staff and good service. Quality materials, so possibly not the cheapest. However, as the saying goes ?you get what you pay for?. Highly recommended.

Hopeless, all the best guys have left so I can't get my wood cut anymore, only use them because brown's are too far away. Yard is a total mess, looks like a landfill site and can never find what I'm looking for. Bring back vickers and his lads.

Got charged just under £8 for a sheet of 6' x 3' plasterboard. It's £6 in Wickes and I get 10% off, meaning it's £5.40. Shouldn't builders merchants be charging tradesmen less than retail? Back to Wickes I go.
