Unhelpful staff,better to go elsewhere.Shut at lunch for an hour,totally unacceptable,can you imagine the Derbion Boots shutting for lunch.Dial the number given and no one answers,or you are told "this number is not accepting calls", if you want to make an enquiry.

I visited the pharmacy department today to collect a prescription for my daughter. The lady was extremely helpful and after a very traumatic day for her was still super professional. 5 star and an excellent service. ??

Love this store. The staff is well mannered, helpful and welcoming. If you collect Boots points this can be money saviour. Highly recommended.

I?m not very happy with the attitude of the young lady in the pharmacy department, she?s very rude?obviously doesn?t like her job very much as everything seems such a chore for her. She needs to change her ways or free up the job to someone more deserving I?ve no problem with the rest of the staff who are very friendly and pleasant.

They had exactly what we were looking for! and the lady that helped my 85 year old mum was very willing to help reach the things that were out of reach for my mum. So thank you, you were very helpful and polite!!

Hate this chemist and I don?t like using that word. Had a female pharmacy worker bellow at me across the shop about hydrocortisone. She?s lucky she?s wasn?t fetching her teeth from across the shop, very unprofessional.
