Unfortunately the new staff are not very good. Quality of the nails this time was extremely poor. Had acrylic nails and 5 chipped within a day! And that the second time he re did them as they immediately came off when i walked out the shop. Very disappointing as I always come here and it's normally very good.Previous review:Perfect nails, lovely lady, cheap compared to other places - give them your much need custom in these hard times.

Never get my nails done but was off on holiday so decided to treat myself. I booked the appointment for after work more than a month before. Turned up 10 minutes before my appointment and was given the colour chart. As I was going through it, the young man was rushing me to choose a colour. He remarked that I had come late. I didn't know what was going on and told him I prebooked this a long time ago. Before I got to choose a colour he rushed me into a seat and was filing my nails. I felt rushed into choosing a colour and all along he was protesting to the other staff in Vietnamese, and kept tugging at my fingers. On top of that, he was not happy that I wanted the acrylic he had stuck on much shorter than he had trimmed them. He kept muttering and tugging, pulling to readjust my fingers the way he wanted. He made the experience absolutely awful and after paying £54 for acrylic hands and gel toes I got home to find all the acrylic nails wonky, bumpy, uneven lengths, under the acrylic I could feel glue; and the toes he had not gone to the cuticle so they looked outgrown after just 1 week. I had the hand acrylics removed within 2 days, before even going on holiday, as they looked and felt awful. My finger nails are damaged as he filed them so flat and they keep chipping. Advice: don't go there for nails.Services: Polish removal

Have been a few times.. always had great service. Change over of staff. Not very impressed today. Over filed my toes, few specks and had to file a toe myself when I got home. Sounds picky but at £30 this is my monthly treat.Unfortunately I won?t be back.Service: Manicure

I didn't have an appointment. I just turned up when they opened on a Tuesday morning. I'd been visiting the local area for the weekend, I was leaving for London later that morning, and my nails really needed doing. The staff were friendly enough but the rating I've given is for the quality. I went for gels, and really, they could have done with a third coat as the finish was streaky on the sides. After only 3 days, the paint was already chipping and catching on things, so now I have two nails that will need to be cut down because my nail is broken. I've been coating it with clear polish, hoping they can hold out until the end of the month (pictures are of nails 8 days after being done).

Absolutely shocking customer service skills!!The two women that work in there tell you to wait 30 minutes so you sit and wait? An hour later, your still sitting there being blanked like your not even there. This place definitely needs more staff! The lady that owns it is extremely rude! She never smiles, she comments on your appearance and talks in her own language which makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. Please don?t waste your money by going here as she doesn?t care about her customers and is only interested in money!Services: Pedicure

I've been coming here for the past 6 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always see Alice and come to her with lots of designs and ideas and she always listens and takes her time to make sure everything us perfect! After each appointment, I come away really, really happy with what she has done. Cannot recommend her enough and the price is reasonable for the amount of designs she does ?Services: Manicure
