“Having used Richard for a previous commission I had no issues when wanting a ring for my wifes birthday and a special anniversary. Because he was going away on holiday and I had left it rather late for the commission, it was suggested that Roseanna would undertake the design and construction of the ring and I couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome. Her communication throughout was first-class, never undertaking anything without first emailing me, and up to date photos sent along the way. Everything was as requested and kept within budget (no added extras!!) To cap it all, the wife was over the moon with the result. A1 service and would definitely recommend. Many many thanks.”
