Excellent service! If I could give them a Six Star review I would! Charlotte was incredibly helpful in advising on the most suitable harness for our Chocolate Labrador Ruby who had developed a bad pulling habit whilst walking. Charlotte wouldn't sell me anything until I bought Ruby in for a fitting. Charlotte fitted the harness and then let us try it out in town before paying. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Lovely ? staff who helped my friend have new harnesses fitted on her 2 dogs.While waiting my dog pinched a treat off the low shelf. They let him keep it.Thank you for taking the time with us (and we went back later to get more deer legs/feet).
