I have bought plants a month ago online with Tissington Nursey , no delivery, no one answering the phone , email not replied too .This is my first purchase with Tissington, never again I am sorry to sayEdit , I have been refunded .I am sure your nursery is great , I hope to visit soon in person .

I paid £46.00 for plants in February and have never received despatch notice and have never received any plants. Have tried to contact them no-one answers the phone email messages are ignored messages sent on their contact form are ignored messages sent on their Facebook page are ignored. They do have good reviews but not one of them is an online review they are all from people who have visited their shop. You don't take peoples money and not send items paid for they are very unprofessional. Would not recommend and would not buy from again i have received a full refund. Thank you

Along with the experience of 5 other disappointed customers, we placed an order on 2nd June and paid £45 inc delivery. No response to Emails & phone never answered. I did manage to make contact via Messenger on Facebook & received an apology, with a promise that the plants would be dispatched within the week. Of course, they weren't.We watched their involvement on BBC Gardeners World with interest recently. Seem like perfectly nice people.Ongoing request for refund but 7 days later, nothing.Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I expect that face to face with this nursery is not a problem but would strongly advise against online purchases with them.EDITED 14/7/23....As per Tissington's response, we have indeed had a refund in our bank account, for which we are very grateful. We wish them all the best in their business for the future.

Want to pass on my gratitude to the owners of Tissington Nursery for fully refunding me following my previous review. I received the money into my bank account within 32 hours of their reply to my comments.

Fantastic service from Maira from picking the plants to the aftercare. 5 star service throughout. I would highly recommend tissington nursery.

I bought some plants online on 9 May. Despite emailing, calling, and filling in the online contact form, I?ve not received any response. As far as I?m concerned, Tissington has stolen £40 off me.

I placed an order April 17th should have received the plants early JuneI have tried to phone and e mail but no replies. Very disappointed as they were recommended. Not sure I will get my plants?

Lovely plant nursery with many herbs including varieties of mint I haven?t seen before. Lots of Perennial plants that are not found in other nurseries. Worth a visit.
