I only used the restaurant and not the hotel for accommodation, however we found all the staff to be Very hospiceable and very helpful and clearly very well trained without being unnecessarily formal. Didn't stay, only went in restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our experience and I can imagine the hotel part is exactly the same. If in area again will definitely go.

Well looking at some of the reviews I don't think they stayed at the same hotel! I cannot fault the food which was always served with a smile! I have coeliac disease and I have never seen so many gluten free options! I would definitely stay here again, thank you to the staff who work very hard.
