Two lovely women served me. 6th August around 1pm. Great customer service, so friendly and made my sandwich exactly as I asked etc. They are an excellent addition to your subway team x

No one answers the phone, they don't send the delivery orders and if you do go in they're rude. Reading replies from subway on other reviews they always ask for you to call the store, no one picks up

They skimmed out massively on the toppings, so I literally got half of what any other subway would give
The "sandwich artist" took so long that by the time I got my sub it was cold. Then the bloke working the till wouldn't listen to me when I asked for a meal, I pay for a meal, then he doesn't tell me what drink I've paid for, he automatically charged me extra for a bottle...

Just the price these days from subways that concerns me. £9.50 for a 6" tuna a pack of crisps and 2 drinks. Gone are the days that used to be around £6 kind of area... What's the world coming to!!

They try let themselves into our home without asking or anything, just trying to help himself to entering our property also you normally have to wait about an hour for delivery

1) Understaffed, 1 person trying to make food/ use the till and sort online orders at the same time. 2) Ordered a sandwich & a salad, after I paid was told there were no forks. They actually expected me to eat the salad with my hands like an animal.Quibbled over the refund.This franchise is bad for the subway brand.
