I was kept updated throughout as to the progress of my claim and the necessary repairs. All the people I dealt with both on the phone and in person were very friendly and courteous. I had the use of a fabulous courtesy car ( which was delivered and collected from my home) until the work was completed. The whole process was made very easy for me. The repairs were carried out to an excellent standard, and I was made to feel that my custom was valued and important to them. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
