Worst delivery service ever. Couldn?t find my location apparently but live chat said he was in my location, my building isn?t even difficult to find as it is a pub. Never am I ever choosing Yodel to deliver parcels to me ever again.

Home delivery service was pathetic!!!Even though my address is accurate, updated my delivery instructions (Door lock number with photo of safe place) on Yodel App after first failed delivery attempt. Failed to deliver on 2nd attempt and I went to Yodel Depot for update phone number and they said will be delivered on priority next day, then failed on 3rd attempt and booked Depot collection and got an available slot after 3 days.

Our post code area is S18 and Yodel have just started to deliver a good number of parcels that were previously delivered by DPD. With respect our delivery driver Damian it's an absolute breath of fresh air, he is polite, friendly and respectful to our property. Communication with regard to delivery time is excellent, cannot fault the service we receive.

Applied for a job at this place in December 2023, they invited me in to the chesterfield depot. The interviewer was lovely, she promised us flexibility and free delivery insurance on them. Come to know, weeks later they contact us with the job offer after handing in all our documents, forcing us to work 6 days a week no days off and asking us to pay for our own insurance. Biggest scam I?ve ever experience. This company is trash don?t work for them ? Don?t even deserve 1 star and I actually drove an hour to the interview. Absolute time wasters get a life!

I don't see the point in giving a time window if you're not going to turn up.Was told between 10:37-12:37, never showed so at 4:30 I chatted to a customer service rep and was told it'll be there by 9pm.....So what was the point in ever giving a slot?What blows my mind is the tracking, how can the driver be down the street from me within my time slot, then travel an hour away from me instead of just giving the order in the same area?

After a week of saying my parcel should be delivered today I am still waiting.I tried to call the customer service but it's an automated message telling my parcel should be delivered today.I despair of ever seeing my parcel.It's a dreadful company to do business with. Avoid

The absolute dregs of a delivery company. Horrific customer service, no way of speaking to the actual depots or drivers and total farce when waiting for anything.

I must have been lucky today, reading the comments below, but they delivered my parcel knocking at the door and in time. The lady took a picture as proof of delivery and done. Thank you driver!
