Had to call on a very snowy day, 2 staff at till chatting about ones daughters house problems, kept chatting until items put through till, I wasn't asked if I needed a bag, just told total so I paid. There was no conversing with me on a friendly level, no comments on weather etc, they just kept chatting between themselves throughout the process, not even a 'thankyou, bye, see you again'. No-one else in shop so did expect a little bit of chat but not today it seems.....

The girl that served me was lovely, loads of choice but the manager was awful, just a bully. I overheard her just being unnecessarily rude and belittling to a young member of staff, definitely not impressed.
