We had a Chinese take-away on Saturday 7.6.2025 to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
When we got the food home it wasn't very hot. I had ordered the tofu in black bean sauce with boiled rice. The quality of the meal was average.
The problem started 4 hours later in the when I was violently sick/diarrhoea all night. I have now been unwell for 2 days and slowly on the mend.
Previous to this I was fit and well and I am highly suspicious that this food caused my illness because of the timescale from eating to the sickness starting. I will not be ordering food from this restaurant again. I had to give one star or the review would not post.

We chose the takeaway option, mushroom soup, house special chow mein, salt pepper chicken and crispy shredded chilli beef. Very nice service, which was very helpful in choosing dishes. we were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the dishes, which were wonderfully delicious. we recommend visiting this place. we will definitely come back to eat inside, the atmosphere of this place is phenomenal (there is also an option to eat as much as you like).

I know this isn't relevant but there's 3 Pokéstops you can spin there which helps with getting items (and Pokémon if you have lures)

This is a very nice little Chinese restaurant.
The staff are lovely, the tables are well spaced, not cramped and the food is beautifully cooked.
They have a good balanced menu and it's well priced. Actually more reasonably priced than our average Chinese takeaway away.
I'd say give it a try. We'll definitely be going back there.
