Normally this store is OK.
But on a few occasions I?ve been served by ?Jo?. There are 2 Jo?s but this one is the one with curly blonde/grey hair! So so so RUDE! On more than one occasion she has questioned my purchases and made judgements on what I buy. I use this Lidl because it?s local but unfortunately I am going to be staying clear from now on. If served by this lady, I always feel upset on leaving due to her rude attitude and lack of customer service!!!! It?s obvious this lady does not enjoy her job!

The only supermarket/Lidl store I have ever been to where the shopping baskets are this disgusting.... EVERY DAY 365 days of the year. They are never cleaned, and I'm so tired of being grossed out every time I come to this lidl branch! No other supermarket has baskets that look like this. They are literally so vile and off putting, I avoid shopping at this store unless it's absolutely necessary, and even then, I will either carry my shopping in my hands or get a trolley because this disgusting Lidl. Sort it out please! Zoom in on the pictures if you dare to get a closer look. It looks like mold, dried bird poo... I have no clue but whatever it is, it's multiplying because it gets worse on each visit. The disgusting snot nose tissue someone left in the basket for other shoppers is another level of cretin behaviour.
***Update: Hi Lidl, thank you so much for listening and responding accordingly to this review Lidl. The new baskets you've brought in are lovely, clean and so much bigger. It's nice to see that these reviews don't go unnoticed. I've increased the rating on this review. Thank you again!

Amazing experience at this Lidl. Tasty pizza from the bakery section, only 65p and very tasty. Also some some chicken katsu sushi which was very nice and a £ off. Service at the tills was fast and friendl. Saved even more with the Lidl plus app!
