Well done manager or owner. This store used to be terrible 3 or more years ago. I've had 3 orders this year so far and every single one has been very tasty, lots of toppings, well cooked, cheap and quick. Can't fault it! £12 for a large pizza with 4 toppings is very good value for money.

Very tight on toppings and dough was slightly undercooked. Don't know if it was this that led to upset stomachs later, as no further meals were eaten. Payed for extra toppings, one of which must not have been in stock, as one that was selected was not on the pizza. Even tough it was on the order sticker on the box. However quick to get ready.It's not the first time we've had dissapointment from here. Gave the benefit of the doubt and it's still abysmal on toppings, compared to other branches we've ordered from. Unfortunately I can't recommend ordering from this particular store, for the above mentioned. Especially if you have guests also getting upset stomachs too, with a separate pizza to yours.

Got a takeaway 14/04/24 was delivered on time, the food was cold only the cookies were warm, put it all in the bin, phoned the store & we are getting a refund, disappointed customer.

Very quick service, ordered via the app, ready for collection in 9 minutes. I was greeted straight away when I entered the store, very clean inside. Food was very hot and tasted great. Thanks ?Parking: Free street parking opposite, paid car parks at the rear.

Anyone thinking of ordering dominos from Alfreton please make sure your front gate is open as they cannot open a front gate the delivery driver has damaged our front gate and did not tell us we caught it on CCTV and we reported this to the manager of the branch who didn?t even bother filing a report out we have to keep going into the branch as they have now blocked our phone numbers as well absolutely disgusting

Tried to order through their app where you get 50% off for two pizzas and a side. Went to check out and it came to just over £55. Phoned them and told them to cancel the order. Went to my bank account only to find I had still been charged. I phoned them about this to find out that refunds can take 10-14 days. A corporate conglomerate taking the piss out of the everyday person.

LOL! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and onions and they delivered a pizza with only pepperoni so I called back to say it?s not what we ordered. The guy on the phone was nice bless him, but he cant help the poor management - he said he will speak to the manager and they will send out the correct pizza unless i want a refund. I asked for a correct pizza instead of a refund and about 20 minutes after I get a call from them and the bloke said we will need to give the pizza back to the driver when they deliver a new one. I said we already ate half of that pizza because they never said that at first , so the guy said we still need to give that half pizza back ? I MEAN WHY? Makes me wanna question , do they actually take the leftovers and try to re sell it? Even the driver said she has no idea why they want that half back and I just laughed. Also had stomach problems this morning so I wouldn?t be surprised if I received someone else?s leftovers too. Won?t order again from there as it?s very questionable

Appalled at the lack of correspondence from this branch. I bought some pizzas for my family but my wife could only eat half of hers. It looked like the spices had been thrown on top of one half of the pizza. We emailed domino?s and were advised that the a rep from the branch would be in touch in the next 5 days?. 14 days later and still no contact from them. Just goes to show what they think of their customers.
