“I transferred here after we moved up and I have observed that the staff here have always been smiling and friendly and willing to help when it counts, I agree though that it isn't always possible to get an appointment on the day but often, they offer a telephone appointment, as it is a good way to discuss your illness and it gives an opportunity to be invited for a face to face appointment. I think maybe, if they hire more doctors, it would help with getting appointments in surgery. Finally, I would say that overall the surgery and it's staff are recommendeable and trust me, I have seen worst surgeries, very worst! Thank you to all staff at Blackwell surgery!”
