Good place to stay. Super close to M1, and the services are right next to the hotel. The guy working here, I believe his name was Tom, was very helpful and good to talk to. Nice human being. Great value, super kind staff, large room and most importantly for us very welcoming and kind to dogs. We had a great stay the weekend before Xmas as we visited family and will definetly use this chain in future when we travel as they are so accommodating to pets. The rooms are very clean as well and well appointed with good beds and plenty of towels and extra bedding. Great overall particularly given the price of a stay.Food & drinks: Right next to the services so McDonald?s is right there as well as a Costa and whsmiths so anything you need is right there. Saying that as well it?s super quiet, we weren?t bothered by noise or anything at all during our stay.

One of the staff members were pretty rude, room was filthy and dusty in spots, bed didn?t look clean either and it smelled musty.Other workers apologised for attitude of one of the staff members. prices were okay irrespective of the dirty room.Doubt I?d be back, but maybe it?s worth leaving the services and hopping off the next junction to find a better hotel.

A very fair price of £29 for the night. Staff were delightful and friendly. Location excellent for what I needed and travelling either north or south on M1 is fine with a junction a couple of miles either way to turn around. Parking was fine, you get what you pay for really. Added entertainment of someone being arrested when I got back at around 10pm. Didn't look like this was an unusual experience for the young lady either.If you want a cheap room to rest your head this'll do. Just be aware of the £10 early check in feeRooms: Basic, in need of some TLC
